Greg Hill

Greg Hill is a Non-Executive Director at Harbour Energy, Ovintiv, and MidOcean Energy, and serves as an Executive Coach at Russell Reynolds Associates. Greg was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Hess Corporation from 2009 to 2025, where they led operations in exploration and production of oil and gas. Prior to their tenure at Hess, Hill held various engineering and management roles at Shell from 1983 to 1996 and later served as Executive Vice President for Shell Asia Pacific from 2002 to 2006. Hill holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming and has contributed to numerous boards and initiatives in the energy and innovation sectors.
