Meghan Eilers

Meghan N. Eilers serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Ovintiv since January 2020 and previously held the position of Vice President - Legal (Operations) at Encana Corporation from March 2019 to January 2020. Eilers has extensive legal experience in the oil and gas sector, having worked as Assistant General Counsel at Newfield Exploration and Managing Counsel for Domestic Operations at Noble Energy, Inc. from August 2007 to February 2018. At Noble Energy, responsibilities included managing a legal team for operations across several basins and providing support across various business units. Prior legal experience also includes work as an attorney at Croft & Associates. Eilers earned a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law and holds a double BA in Economics and Political Science from Houston Christian University.
