Reece Winter

Reece Winter is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Development Engineer at Ovintiv since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as an Exploitation Engineer at Spartan Delta Corp., focusing on significant Montney production, and as a Development Engineer at Tamarack Valley Energy Ltd, where Reece facilitated the transition of Clearwater assets. Reece’s extensive background at Deltastream Energy Corporation involved critical contributions to the Marten Hills Clearwater field, achieving substantial oil production growth. Earlier positions include Production Engineer at Clampett Energy Ltd, overseeing light oil fields, and Principal Investigator at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, engaging in applied research projects. Reece began a professional journey as a Student Engineer at Focal Petroleum Engineering, gaining experience in well testing and gas exploration. Reece holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from Curtin University.
