Ruth A.

Ruth A. is a seasoned HR strategist and change expert with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. They served as the People Business Partner at Atom Group from 2018 to 2021 and held several positions, including Head of People at LOVESPACE and Shepper, as well as the current Head of People for the UK and France at Oviva. Their earlier experience includes HR advisory roles at the British Red Cross and South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, among others. Ruth completed a CIPD PGDip at Croydon College and holds a degree from The University of Birmingham.
