Michael Pullin has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Head of Industry Operations at OVO since March 2012, where previous roles included Senior Industry Operations Manager, Operations Manager (Smart experience & DCC), Product Launch Manager, Executive Manager to MD (secondment), Training and Quality Manager, and Collections Team Manager. Prior to OVO, Michael worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Mortgage Collections Team Manager from February 2010 to March 2012. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in diagnostic imaging from the University of the West of England, completed in 2007, and attended rednock school from 1997 to 2002.
