Ahmed Amer has a strong background in reproductive and genetic health, with experience in various roles over the past decade. Ahmed began their career as an Embryologist at ARGC in 2010, before moving to The Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health (CRGH) in 2017. At CRGH, they worked as a Clinical Embryologist and later as a Senior Clinical Embryologist. In 2018, Ahmed joined ARGC Limited as a Senior Clinical Embryologist. In 2022, they founded MyFertility, and in 2023, they took on the role of VP of Clinic Development at Ovom Care.
Ahmed Amer completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical Embryology from the University of Leeds between 2014 and 2016. Earlier in their education, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Master of Engineering (MEng) specializing in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Queen Mary University of London, which they completed from 2006 to 2010.
Additionally, Ahmed Amer holds a certification called DipRCPath from the Royal College, which they obtained in February 2020.
