OVRSi is an oversight platform for patient-facing AI in digital health.

As conversational AI moves from experimentation into real-world care, organisations face growing challenges around safety, governance, and regulatory readiness. Risks often emerge gradually, through small shifts in system behaviour over time, and are often missed by pre-deployment testing or tools that assess conversations in isolation.

OVRSi provides a structurally separate monitoring layer that reviews real-world interactions between users and AI systems. It surfaces behavioural and clinical safety signals, detects patterns that develop over time, and produces structured, explainable evidence to support human oversight and governance.

The platform does not require access to system prompts, training data, or proprietary architectures. Oversight is based on transparent, inspectable logic designed for regulated environments, rather than opaque model outputs.

OVRSi helps teams monitor AI performance across patients and time, identify where safeguards may be weakening, and prioritise human review where it matters most. It surfaces signals for human review and does not diagnose, treat, or autonomously change clinical care.

The platform is at working prototype stage, with a live system available for demonstration.
