Mike Neace

Mike Neace is an experienced professional in the theme park and recreation industry, currently serving as the General Manager of The Park at OWA since March 2021. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Director of Operations at Wild Waves Theme & Water Park from June 2019 to March 2021. Mike's career includes a stint as a Realtor®️ at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in 2018, ownership of Achieve! Fitness Center from December 2016 to March 2018, and managerial roles at Six Flags, where responsibilities included overseeing Hurricane Harbor Waterpark and Admissions Departments from January 1996 to June 2016. Earlier in Mike's career, operational supervision occurred at Worlds of Fun from 1987 to 1995. Mike studied at Rockhurst University from 1990 to 1992.
