Cleber Soares

Cleber Soares holds extensive experience in information security and technology, currently serving as the Leader of Google Developer Groups in Belém at Google since May 2025, and as a Threat Hunting professional at ISH Tecnologia since March 2025. Other roles include a technical team member at SOC Brazil since July 2022, and chapter leader of OWASP in Belém since May 2021. Cleber's background includes significant positions as an Information Security Analyst at Topaz and Diebold Nixdorf from December 2017 to October 2024, as well as teaching graduate courses in administration and computer systems security at Estácio Iesam between 2019 and 2020. With a solid technical foundation, Cleber has also worked in IT support roles and possesses multiple educational qualifications, including a current focus on Forensic Computing and Threat Intelligence at Faculdade VINCIT and Universidade Federal do Pará.
