Kreshnik R. is an experienced professional in application security and technology leadership, currently serving as the Application Security Practice Leader at IBM since May 2018. Kreshnik's expertise includes developing innovative security offerings and strategic initiatives for EMEA markets, as well as mentoring talent in technical resources. Kreshnik has held various notable positions within IBM, including CTO for Data and Application Security in EMEA and Managing Consultant in Security Architecture. Prior experience includes leadership roles in security engineering and consultancy at Nationwide Building Society, as well as founding a web and app development company. Kreshnik is also active as a Chapter Lead for the OWASP® Foundation and has a strong educational background with degrees in Computer Systems Engineering, Education, and Leadership from several universities.
