Wagner Morais

Wagner Morais currently serves as the Head of Threat Detection at LATAM Airlines since January 2023 and is the Chapter Leader for OWASP-Curitiba since October 2022. As a co-founder of the BxSec security conference, Wagner has played a significant role in fostering discussions around information security in the Baixada Santista region since 2017. Wagner has extensive experience as an instructor for security courses at RNP and various academic institutions, focusing on cybersecurity topics. Prior roles include Security Specialist at Rainforest Technologies and Cyber Security Consultant at Vivo, where Wagner specialized in Threat Intelligence. Wagner holds a Master's in Computer Science with a focus on Cyber Security from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and has completed multiple postgraduate qualifications in cybersecurity and related fields.
