Cliff Pullen

Cliff Pullen is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Asset Management at OWC and holding multiple board member positions, including at Ocergy Inc., Hornsea 1 Offshore Wind Farm, and the Lincs Offshore Wind Farm. Pullen’s career spans over two decades, with significant roles such as Technical Director at Octopus Energy Generation and Senior Project Manager at Ørsted, specializing in offshore wind projects. As a Project Manager at DONG Energy, Pullen successfully managed the Walney Extension Offshore Wind Farm, overseeing a budget of £80 million and ensuring comprehensive project delivery. Pullen holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Coastal Zone Management from Ulster University, attained between 2006 and 2008.
