Damien has demonstrated expertise in leading inter-disciplinary teams on complex projects, encompassing costing, financing, and commercialization topics. Previous roles include Manager of Projects & Strategy at Vallianz Offshore Marine, where a tender team was structured to secure over 20 contracts, and Project Development Manager at Bardot Ocean, focusing on financing and operating renewable energy projects. Additional experience includes roles at Equatoriale Services, BPP-TECH, Goldwind, PAPE Engineering, and the Health Design & Technology Institute. Damien holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and completed an exchange semester at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
