Katherine Phillips

Katherine Phillips serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at ABL Group, where they oversee business change, ESG, and culture initiatives. With a robust background in engineering and project management, Katherine has held key roles at OWC, including Operations Director and Managing Director, and has contributed to several offshore wind projects. Their experience also includes positions at HEXICON AB and Atkins, where they focused on offshore structures and energy projects. Katherine is recognized as one of the Top 50 Women in Engineering and demonstrates leadership in the offshore wind and energy transition sectors. They are currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Civil and Structural Engineering at the University of Cambridge.
