Shea Boland is a Junior Electrical Engineer at OWC since September 2023, with prior experience as an Electrical Design Engineer at ScottishPower, where focus was on the East Anglia Hub Project. Shea also served as a Lifeguard for South Lanarkshire Council, providing vigilance and monitoring for safety while managing part-time responsibilities during university studies. Additionally, Shea volunteered as an at-home Carer during the COVID lockdown, delivering personal care to vulnerable adults. Early experience includes a Civil Engineer placement at Sweco, assisting with infrastructure design and modeling tasks. Shea holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from the University of Strathclyde and completed a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the Technical University of Munich.
