Tim Simmonds

Tim Simmonds is the City Manager at The Corporation of The City of Owen Sound, with a robust background in government administration. They previously served as Interim City Manager for the City of Vaughan from 2009 to 2020, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Economic Development and Executive Director. Tim is skilled in nonprofit organizations, urban planning, and crisis communications, among other areas. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Abilene Christian University.
