Julia Napper

Julia Napper is currently the Global Sourcing Packaging Leader at Owens Corning, where they lead packaging sourcing strategies. They have held previous roles as Director of Procurement at Reynolds Consumer Products and Packaging Engineering Manager at Pactiv, LLC. Julia began their career as a Packaging Engineer Intern at Abbott Laboratories and worked as a Packaging Engineer at Prairie Packaging. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Packaging from Michigan State University.
