Ron Barten

Ron Barten is currently a Plant Leader at Owens Corning, responsible for the daily management and coordination of plant operations. They previously held various roles including Plant Manager at Rettig ICC and Operational Manager at Kloeckner Pentaplast, where they focused on optimizing production processes and improving team dynamics. Ron has a strong background in continuous improvement methodologies and has worked with multiple companies to enhance their operational efficiency. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Process Technology from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and have gained further education at Vlerick Business School.
