Lisa Sewell is currently the TPM Academy Leader at Owens Corning, where they design and lead a comprehensive learning and development program for TPM practitioners. Previously, Sewell served as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Masonite® from 2021 to 2025 and worked as an Analyst for Continuous Improvement at CONMED Corporation from 2016 to 2021. Their career also includes significant roles at Honeywell Aerospace, where they focused on lean process transformation, and Prudential Insurance Co., where they managed accounts payable and implemented new systems. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the University of Tampa, completed in 1993.
