Steve Moore

Steve Moore is an experienced Director of Business Transformation with a strong background in quality management across multiple industries. Previously, they served as a Quality Manager at Toyoda-Koki Automotive, overseeing plant quality and successfully leading certification efforts, and as Operations/Quality Director at American LaFrance, where they were responsible for operations across multiple sites. They also held various quality management roles at Freightliner, where they managed a large quality department and implemented ISO standards. Currently, they are the Director of Quality at Masonite®, ensuring the overall quality of manufacturing plants in North and South America, while also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at North Carolina State University.
