Aimee Ford, MBA, CSSGB, possesses extensive experience in continuous improvement, project management, and leadership across various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Old World Industries since October 2022, Aimee also leads the North American Pillar for Thriving Communities at McCain Foods, focusing on corporate social responsibility and community impact. Aimee has held multiple positions at McCain Foods, including Planet Friendly Practices Project Manager and GNA Manager for Data Strategy, and has recently contributed to the Women's Employee Resource Group. Aimee is also a business partner and Vice President at Chad Ford's Snow Removal & Concrete, LLC, overseeing operations, talent management, and financial responsibilities.
