Darryl Ricca is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in channel marketing and brand development across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Channel Marketing Manager at Old World Industries since October 2022, Darryl focuses on channel strategies and marketing plans to drive sales growth. Previously, Darryl held senior roles at Stanley Black & Decker, where responsibilities included campaign management and digital marketing, and at Sears Holdings Corporation, focusing on trade marketing and experiential marketing. With a background in product and trade marketing at Omron Healthcare, as well as experience at Blyth HomeScents International and ACCO Brands, Darryl has a proven track record in strategic marketing, product development, and sales strategies. Darryl holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Market Research and a BBA in Management from Kent State University.
