Mark Blaufuss

Mark Blaufuss has extensive experience in board governance and financial oversight, currently serving as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at WORLDPAC, Blue Bird Corporation, and Jason Group Inc., with additional roles in advisory capacities at Niles Industrial Coatings, LLC, and MCE Social Capital. Additionally, Mark holds the position of Associate Professor at Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business, specializing in accounting and mergers and acquisitions education. As Managing Director of Green & White Advisory, a consulting firm, Mark leverages nearly 30 years of expertise across various industries to address complex business challenges. Mark also serves as an Operating Executive at The Carlyle Group and is actively involved with Ele's Place as a Governing Board and Finance Committee Member. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
