Aaron Fleming

Aaron Fleming, CAIA, is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse background in asset management and financial advisory roles. Currently serving as Principal at Owl Rock Capital since January 2017, Fleming has previously held significant positions, including Director at NorthStar Asset Management Group Inc. and Vice President of Product Management & Due Diligence at NorthStar Realty Securities. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Welton Street Investments, focusing on national accounts and business development, as well as serving as a Financial Advisor at UBS, where comprehensive financial planning for high-net-worth clients was a primary responsibility. Fleming holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Denver.
