Anastasios Papadopoulos

Anastasios Papadopoulos is a board member and strategic advisor at OwlGaze. Anastasios has also previously worked with Acuity, OrgHive, Property Raptor, and Latham & Watkins. During their time at Latham & Watkins, they worked on various M&A projects, including advising FMC Technologies on their merger with Technip, advising French fashion group SMCP on their IPO, and conducting predictive analysis on an activist campaign against a listed aerospace and defense company. Prior to that, they worked as an M&A lawyer with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

Anastasios Papadopoulos has a Master’s Degree in Law and International Management from HEC Paris, a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Common Law from BPP Law School. Anastasios also has a Master’s Degree in Comparative Business Law from Aix-Marseille University, and a Master's Degree in Business Law from Aix-Marseille University. Finally, they have a Bachelor in Civil Law from Aix-Marseille University and a French Baccalaureate from Lycée Franco-Hellénique Eugène Delacroix.
