Currently serving as Program Executive and Enablement Lead at Owls Head since June 2025, Wipper is also a Co-Founder of Mobeliz, an AI-driven company focused on enhancing learning and enablement in organizations. Previously, Wipper co-founded CIMS.AI, leading operations and the development of Generative AI applications. At Salesforce, Wipper held multiple director roles, driving global solutions and enablement initiatives, while also contributing significantly to partner and customer success at Vlocity. Wipper's career began with consulting roles at Golden CRM, Sierra Training and Consulting, and aMind Solutions, showcasing a consistent focus on improving operational efficiencies and training effectiveness. Wipper holds a BA in Economics and American Literature from Colorado College.
