Robb Weiss is an experienced engineering and operations leader with a comprehensive background in the telecommunications and e-mobility industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Engineering Program Manager at OWL E Mobility Services and OWL Services respectively since November 2023, Robb has held various senior positions at CCSI Networks and Network Connex from December 2016 to November 2023, including Director and Director of Operations. Previous roles include General Manager at Crosslink Wireless and Sky Climber Tower Modification Services, and Regional Program Director at Nexius. Robb also has extensive experience in network deployment, having worked with Ericsson and Clearwire, where responsibilities included the successful launch of 4G networks in Pennsylvania.
