OWN Indiana is an operator-first network for people building, running, and acquiring small and medium-sized businesses across Indiana. We are intentionally focused on owner-led SMBs and the operator-led end of the lower middle market.

This is a curated, practical community for people who carry real responsibility for results. Sometimes the owner is the operator. Sometimes it is a partnership. Either way, OWN Indiana is built for those who lead teams, serve customers, manage cash flow, and make real decisions every day.

We care about durable businesses, good jobs, and long-term ownership in the communities we operate in. We believe strong owner-led companies strengthen Indiana communities through stable employment, committed leadership, and lasting impact.
