Mathew Green

Mathew Green has held a variety of roles in the food industry since 2002. Mathew began their career as a Cashier Manager at People's Food Co in 2002, then moved on to Sous Chef at Food Dance in 2003. In 2007, they became the Sous Chef at Journeyman Cafe, and in 2008 they were a Line Cook at Webster's Prime Steakhouse and Zazios. From 2010 to 2015, they held the roles of Executive Chef and Sous Chef & Pastry Chef at Reserve Wine and Food. In 2015, they became the Director of Culinary Operations/Project Manager at Blue Orbit Restaurant Consulting. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Founder/CEO of Emnola Consulting. In 2020, they became the Founder/CEO of Restaurant Launcher. Finally, in 2021 they became the Senior Brand Manager, Partnerships Manager, and Partnerships Coordinator at Nextbite, and in 2022 they are currently an Onboarding Specialist at Owner.com.

Mathew Green began their educational journey in 1996 when they attended Carnegie Mellon University. Mathew then transferred to the University of Pittsburgh from 1998 to 2001. In 2008, they completed a Diploma in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center.
