Ami Ben-David

Ami Ben-David has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, as the Co-Founder and CEO of Ownera, they are leading the development of a global network for digital securities, focusing on private markets. Additionally, they initiated and co-chairs the GDF Private Market Digitization Group, which aims to interconnect financial institutions for digital trading of assets.

Prior to Ownera, Ami co-founded SPiCE VC, the world's first fully tokenized fund, where they served as the Managing Partner. During their time at SPiCE VC, they made 12 investments in the digital securities infrastructure space and designed the world's first asset securities tokenization platform.

Ami also has experience as the Founder and CEO of Workgroup App, as well as being a Co-Founder of EverythingMe, where they led product, business development, and strategy. Ami played a key role in creating distributed search and interface products with multiple patents and a user base of 20 million.

Earlier in their career, Ami held various leadership roles, including creating European and Asian operations for Oberon Media, signing numerous white-label deals with top mobile carriers, media companies, and device manufacturers. Ami was also a Co-Founder of Ki-Bi Mobile Technologies, which went public within three years and was later acquired.

Ami's earlier experiences include serving as VP Investments at Magma Venture Partners, Senior Consultant in Financial Software at Magic Software Enterprises, and Co-Founder of AladdinSoft.

Ami Ben-David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, and Information Systems from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they graduated with honors (Cum Laude).
