Paul Waldschmidt

Paul Waldschmidt is the Co-Founder & CEO at OwnerRez. Paul has over 20 years of experience in software development and consulting.

Paul started their career at Assisted Solutions, Inc. in October 1998 as the Chief Software Engineer. Paul then moved on to Data Research Group in July 2002, where they served as the Chief Software Engineer. In April 2005, Paul began working as a software consultant for The Washington Post. Paul left The Washington Post in January 2013 to start OwnerRez.

OwnerRez is a software company that provides property management solutions for vacation rental businesses. The company was founded in 2013 and is based in Denver, Colorado.

Paul Waldschmidt graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Paul then went on to study Computer Science at George Mason University.
