Most organisations invest heavily in leadership capability. Almost none measure whether their leaders are actually performing at their cognitive peak.

OwnLife exists to close that gap.

Over the last 6 years we have built the only scientifically validated framework for measuring Peak Cognitive Performance as a workplace standard. Not as a concept, a coaching methodology, or a wellbeing initiative — as a precise, reproducible, data-driven state that can be measured, tracked, and meaningfully improved.

The numbers behind the framework:
— 300,000+ individual measurements of cognitive function
— 2,000+ people managers and senior leaders assessed
— 600+ senior leaders and ExCo teams worked with directly
— Consistent, replicable findings across industries, geographies, and organisation sizes

What the data shows is unambiguous: a significant proportion of leaders are operating well below their cognitive peak every working day — not through lack of talent or commitment, but due to measurable, addressable factors most organisations have never thought to look at.

The consequences are visible at the top: decisions get delayed, strategic thinking gets deferred, and the bold leadership that transformation demands never quite materialises.

As AI absorbs routine work, the premium on human cognitive performance at the senior level has never been higher. The organisations that will pull ahead are those who start treating Peak Performance not as a motivational concept but as a measurable operational standard.

We work with CHROs, CPOs, and Chiefs of Staff at progressive organisations who want evidence, not anecdote — and who understand that their most important competitive asset is the cognitive performance of their senior people.

If that's the conversation you're ready to have, let's talk.
