William Duffy

William Duffy, CFA, is a strategic finance leader currently serving as the Head of Finance at Ownwell, where they are building a scalable finance function to enhance transparency in real estate ownership costs. They co-founded Pearl Street Equity in 2023 and previously held key roles, including Head of FP&A at AutoFi and Manager of FP&A at Juniper Square, where they contributed to the company's growth and improved financial performance. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as a Financial Analyst at Bellwether Asset Management and an Acquisitions Analyst at Virtus Real Estate Capital, specializing in real estate and investment analysis. William is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at The University of Texas at Austin.
