Ferdinand MUNEZERO

Training & Development Lead at OX Delivers

Ferdinand MUNEZERO has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Ferdinand is currently working as a Training & Development Lead at OX Delivers since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at IGNITE POWER RWANDA LTD from October 2018 to December 2021 as a Marketing and Communication Manager and Assistant Sales Director. Ferdinand also had a role as an Assistant Director of Sales at Ignite Power from January 2017 to December 2021. Additionally, Ferdinand worked as a Regional HR Manager at Ignite Power from December 2017 to June 2018. Before joining Ignite Power, they served as an ICT and Maintenance Officer at GS MERE DUVERBE KIBEHO from January 2016 to December 2017, where they were responsible for ICT maintenance, training, electrical maintenance, video and audio editing, managing the school website, and providing career advising and mentoring. Prior to that, Ferdinand worked as a Radio Engineer at KIGALI TODAY /KT Radio from April 2015 to January 2016. Ferdinand also gained experience as an Event and Training Manager at Great Lakes Energy, Ltd from June 2014 to April 2015, where they provided solar system training to teachers, students, and the local community and managed the ESMEs project. Ferdinand started their career as an ICT Officer at GS MERE DU VERBE KIBEHO from January 2012 to May 2014.

Ferdinand MUNEZERO completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Cultural Partnership Initiative in South Korea from the National Theatre of Korea (NTOK) in June 2016, Cultural Tourism Business from the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) in March 2016, Professional Radio Technician from WDA & KIGALI TODAY in April 2014, Training of trainers in Gender, Gender-based violence (GBV), planning and project management, and advocacy techniques from MISSION OF HOPE & MIGEPROF in October 2010, Training of trainers on Engaging Men in Gender Equality, Violence prevention, and Promotion of Positive masculinity from RWAMREC in June 2010, Completion of Training on National policy of unity and reconciliation, conflict management, and techniques of public debates from the National Commission for Unity and Reconciliation in February 2010, and Procter &Gamble's "protecting Futures" from FAWE RWANDA in May 2008.
