Andrew McDonald is a highly experienced software engineer with a diverse background in systems performance and programming. Since November 2018, Andrew has served as the Lead Systems Performance Engineer and previously as a Senior Software Engineer at Oxbotica. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Contract Programmer at Rebellion, where responsibilities included engine and toolset development, and served as the GUI system lead from January 2016 to June 2018. Andrew's earlier experience includes a contract position at FreeStyleGames, where Andrew was the Xbox 360 platform lead for Guitar Hero Live, and a programming role at Rebellion focused on engine, graphics, and toolset work for Rogue Trooper. Andrew earned a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Oxford from 2000 to 2003.
