Rick Doerr is a highly experienced product management professional with a strong background in launching innovative products and leading cross-functional teams. Currently serving as Staff Product Manager at Oxa, Rick spearheaded the launch of the company's first external product, Sensor Expansion, and developed internal tools that significantly improved product quality and efficiency. Previously, Rick held various leadership roles at Zefr, including VP of Product, where the successful introduction of brand safety measurement products led to substantial growth and expansion into international markets. With additional experience in analytics, consulting, and sales across diverse organizations, Rick has consistently demonstrated expertise in using data-driven strategies to enhance product offerings and operational performance. Rick holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from UC San Diego and a BA in Economics from the University of Washington.
