Ryan Kumbang

Ryan Kumbang is a Senior Software Engineer at Oxa since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in performance simulation and vehicle dynamics from previous roles. Prior experience includes serving as a Performance Simulation Engineer with the Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team from August 2021 to September 2022, and as a Simulator Engineer at Renault Sport Racing from March 2015 to August 2021, focusing on driver-in-the-loop simulator test sessions. Ryan also held the position of Vehicle Dynamics Engineer at Marussia F1 Team from September 2013 to November 2014, where responsibilities included pre-event simulations and model development. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University.
