Stefan Reutter

Stefan Reutter is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership roles across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Oxara since May 2023, Stefan previously held the position of Group CEO at SIGNET from August 2023 to August 2025 and served as Managing Director at J.P. Morgan from July 2020 to May 2023. Prior roles include Regional Vice Chairman UHNW EMEA, Co-Head UHNW CEE, and Managing Director at UBS, as well as Partner and Head of Corporate Finance Advisory at Deloitte and Partner and Head of M&A Lead Advisory at KPMG Corporate Finance. Stefan Reutter holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of St. Gallen, gained between 1988 and 1993, and completed Matura at Kantonsschule Enge from 1984 to 1988.
