Bas Ruijsenaars

Bas Ruijsenaars has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Bas began their career at Unilever Bestfoods, where they worked as a Logistic Account Manager and Database Manager. Bas then moved on to Tecop Terminal de Combustiveis, where they served as a Terminal Manager and later as the General Manager. In 2008, they joined Tecop/Oxbow as the Executive VP. In 2012, they took on a role as the Honorary Consul of the Netherlands for states of Pernambuco, Paraíba, and Alagoas at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Netherlands. Bas then transitioned to Oxbow Energy Solutions, where they held positions as both a Senior Trader and Business Development Director.

Bas Ruijsenaars completed their high school education at Libanon Lyceum Rotterdam. After this, they pursued a degree in Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they graduated with the degree of Drs. in 1997.
