Bill Parmelee

Bill Parmelee began their career as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young in 1979 and worked there until 1988. Bill then joined Qualex Inc in 1988 as the Controller, overseeing the integration of multiple accounting systems. Bill also served as the Treasurer, managing external financing. In 1998, Parmelee joined National Gypsum Company as VP-Finance and was later promoted to CFO. During their tenure, they were responsible for accounting, finance, and IT functions. In 2011, Parmelee became the Chief Financial Officer at Oxbow Carbon LLC. No end date is provided for their role at Oxbow Carbon LLC.

Bill Parmelee attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Accounting.
