Deche Adams

Deche Adams is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain and transaction structuring, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Supply at Oxbow since September 2021. Previous roles include Director of Structuring and Origination and Manager of Fuels Structuring and Origination at NextEra Energy Resources, where efforts concentrated on renewable fuels and structured transactions involving natural gas, NGLs, and oil products. Earlier positions at Oxbow included Vice President of West Coast Supply and various roles in business development and financial analysis. Deche Adams holds an MBA in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a BS in Finance and Marketing from Boston College, complemented by a foundational education at The Benjamin School.
