Jonathan Bartley

Jonathan Bartley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in plant management and engineering, currently serving as Plant Manager at Oxbow since March 2004. Jonathan has held multiple leadership roles including Operations Manager, Quality and Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed supporting safety and environmental programs, managing ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management Systems, overseeing lab and technical operations, and developing annual business and capital budgets. Jonathan's background also includes supervising maintenance and production, as well as performing research as a Graduate Research Assistant at Tennessee Technological University, culminating in a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
