Kathy Flaherty started their work experience in 1991 as a Human Resources Manager at First National Bank & Trust. After working there for nine years, they moved on to Oxbow Carbon LLC in 2000, where they held the position of VP, Human Resources.
Kathy Flaherty holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Penn State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a certification in SHRM-CP from SHRM in January 2015.
