Lisa's expertise spans HRIS management, talent attraction strategies, organizational development, and improved HR processes across various industries. With a solid foundation in leadership development at Mubea and organizational development at L-3 Communications, Lisa has also managed comprehensive HR functions at Celanese and Celanese Acetate, enriching their strategic approach to human resources. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Administration from Kettering University.
