Deborah MacKenzie is an experienced professional in user experience and service design, currently serving as the Manager of UX and Service Design at OXD since April 2015. MacKenzie has contributed to academia as a Visiting Professor at the Centre for Digital Media, where a course on "Fundamentals of User Experience" was designed and taught as part of a collaborative master's program.
