Roger Vowell

Roger Vowell has over 30 years of experience in operations and business management. From 2022 to present, they have served as the Vice President of Operations at OxeFit. From 2009 to 2022, they were the Vice President of Operations at Motor Controls Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing operational activities and developing and implementing strategies to meet operational objectives. From 2003 to 2009, they were the Vice President of Operations and Site Leader at Flowtronex, a division of ITT Industries, where they managed the daily and long-term strategic, operational, and budget planning for a $58 Million manufacturing facility. From 2001 to 2003, they were the Value Based Six Sigma/Lean Master at ITT Industries, where they led the company's Lean manufacturing activities and improved cash flow through inventory reduction. From 1992 to 2001, they were the Vice President of Supply Chain/Lean Management at George Group Consulting, L.P., where they oversaw all aspects of the company's Lean management projects and consultant teams, as well as managed key customer accounts. Roger also held the roles of Program Manager and Senior Consultant.

Roger Vowell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
