Michael Weekes

Michael Weekes serves as a Principal at Oxera Consulting LLP since January 2019, contributing to the Leadership Team in the Digital, Telecoms, Media, and Technology (DTMT) sector, where expertise in economics is applied to address competition, regulatory, and public policy challenges. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at DotEcon Ltd from November 2010 to December 2018, progressing from Junior Consultant to Managing Consultant, and Michael managed numerous high-profile projects while enhancing team capabilities. Earlier experiences include roles at HM Treasury, where Michael conducted research and analysis to support VAT policy. Michael holds a degree from the University of Nottingham and participated in the CRESSE Summer School and Conference in 2015.
