Peter Culham

Peter Culham is an experienced economic consultant and founder of Culham Economics Ltd, established in January 2019. Currently, Peter serves as an Associate at Oxera Consulting LLP since 2019. Prior to these roles, Peter held significant positions at Ofcom, including Chief Economist from 2005 to 2018 and Director of Competition Economics from 2003 to 2005. Peter's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Economist at OFTEL from 1998 to 2003. Peter holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Essex and has an educational background from Norwich University of the Arts.
