Andy Shell

VP, Federal at Oxford Computer Group

Andy is Vice President, West Region and a member of the executive management team at Oxford Computer Group. He is responsible for client relationships in the western half of the United States and leads OCG’s Identity Governance and Privileged Identity Management practices. He is a frequent public speaker on cyber security and identity management-related topics.

He has over 20 years of consulting experience with large enterprise clients. Prior to joining OCG, he held senior leadership roles in both large and small consultancies including Accenture and KPMG Consulting. Andy is a retired Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel; during his Army career, he specialized in nation-state cyber threat analysis. He is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm (Saudi Arabia), Iraqi Freedom (Iraq) and Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan). He is a former Director of the U.S. Army Computer Emergency Response Team, the Cyber Threat Analysis Center, and is a Bronze Star recipient.

Andy has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington and an MBA from Arizona State University with a focus on Finance and Accounting. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
