David Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic relationships. Currently serving as the Business Development Director for North America at Oxford Flow, David has also contributed as an Advisory Board Member at Houston Maritime and held roles in Strategic Relationships and Partnerships at RED Group. Previously, David worked as a Senior Account Executive at TÜV Rheinland North America and as the Director of Strategic Relationships at GrayMatter. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from New England College and completed education at McDonogh School.
